You'll be sent a link to a high quality meeting that's as easy as Zoom to set up. You can listen on headphones, or route the audio through your own facility's mixing desk.
I use Source Nexus Gatrway, accessible with a simple link and PIN in any browser. Watch and listen to your session in solid 1080p 5MBit/s video and broadcast quality audio, on your laptop, desktop, tablet or even your phone.
If you prefer to use Zoom or Google Meet, feel free to share a link, but there are problems with lagging and low quality audio/video that don't exist in the software I use.
Yes - I can send MTC , so it's easy enough to sync up. I can send very low latency 1080p video though in a high bandwidth connection though, so it probably won't be necessary.
Yes - the entry page of the conference software has a meter to check your mic is working and a test button to check your headphones or speakers.
Yes - I leave the meeting open for the duration of the time you've booked so that you can come and go as you please.
